Toate acestea se r\u0103sfr\u00e2ng \u0219i asupra organiza\u021biei \u00een care lucr\u0103m \u0219i asupra performan\u021belor sale, pentru c\u0103, nu-i a\u0219a, organiza\u021biile sunt formate din oameni.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a proiecta \u0219i implementa un sistem de management care s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 nevoilor reale ale afacerii, \u00een\u021belegerea organiza\u021biei \u0219i a contextului \u00een care se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea este esen\u021bial\u0103. Iar noi, ca indivizi \u0219i organiza\u021biile noastre, tr\u0103im \u00eentr-un anumit \u201ecadru\u201d definit de anumite limite.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a avea o via\u021b\u0103, respectiv pentru a asigura o evolu\u021bie a activit\u0103\u021bilor organiza\u021biilor noastre omene\u0219ti, c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t predictibil\u0103 (c\u0103ci f\u0103r\u0103 predictibilitate, chiar dac\u0103 limitat\u0103, nu ar putea exista planificare, dezvoltare, progres) ar fi bine s\u0103 cuno\u0219ti c\u00e2t mai bine \u201ecadrul\u201d \u00een care te \u201escalzi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cerin\u021bele cuprinse \u00een capitolul 4 vorbesc despre faptul c\u0103 este o bun\u0103 practic\u0103, pentru orice organiza\u021bie, s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 mediul intern \u0219i extern \u00een care \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea, adic\u0103 contextul \u00een care evolueaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><em>Contextul reprezint\u0103 o conjunctur\u0103, o situa\u021bie specific\u0103, o circumstan\u021b\u0103, o stare de lucruri \u0219i \u00eentr-un anumit moment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Primul pas spre reu\u0219it\u0103, spre succes, este s\u0103 \u0219tii \u201e\u00een ce ape te scalzi\u201d, adic\u0103 s\u0103 cuno\u0219ti contextul \u00een care te afli, pentru a \u00eencerca s\u0103 te protejezi de \u201easpectele\u201d ce ar putea avea impact negativ sau s\u0103 profi\u021bi de \u201easpectele\u201d care te pot avantaja.<\/p>\n<p>La un moment dat pot fi identificate multe \u201easpecte\u201d sau situa\u021bii, \u00eens\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 alegem dintre acestea doar pe cele care sunt cu adev\u0103rat relevante, adic\u0103 pe cele mai importante, cele care influen\u021beaz\u0103 organiza\u021bia \u00een mod concret \u0219i real \u0219i care pot avea astfel impact (pozitiv sau negativ) asupra scopului \u0219i direc\u021biei strategice a organiza\u021biei. \u00a0De ce? Pentru c\u0103, altfel ne pierdem \u00een detalii, \u00een aspecte ne-relevante, f\u0103r\u0103 impact important asupra organiza\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea trebuie s\u0103 analiz\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 evalu\u0103m poten\u021bialul de impact al acestor aspecte.
